  • Will I feel a difference immediately after?
    Usually yes! If the patient is more dehydrated than usual it may take more than one IV bag to receive full hydration. Receiving IV hydration helps in encouraging people to their full optimal health.
  • Who needs IV hydration?
    Everyone can benefit from IV hydration. Not only is it a hangover cure but you can also receive hydration and nutrients. IV hydration can help in promoting energy, boost immunity, and aids in access to daily essential vitamins.
  • How long does IV hydration usually take?
    IV hydration usually takes about 40-60 minutes. You are also able to discontinue your service at any time for any reason.
  • What are the benefits of receiving IV hydration?

  • What is IV therapy?
    It is a method to quickly administer vitamin, minerals, and fluid directly into the bloodstream. The body will absorb 100% of the vitamins. These services are meant to be utilized in supplemental use.
  • Is IV therapy safe and is there any side effects?
    All supplements are FDA approved and go through high levels of testing. Side effects are usually mild. You can possible experience itching, bruising, inflammation, discomfort, or redness. If a patient presents with an allergic reaction the infusion will be stopped and removed immediately and treated accordingly. Infection is also another infection that is prevented my using clean technique and wearing PPE.
  • Is it painful?
    It is not painful. There is an initial pinch during the IV insertion. The pinch will last for about 2 seconds and there will be a medical professional there talking you the whole way through.
  • What is an IV?
    An IV is the route where fluid and products will be administered. IV stands from intravenous which means through your veins. Hydration is provided through a small catheter placed through IV.
  • Can I receive an IV if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
    You can administer IV hydration in pregnant women but in their consent the must have a letter of approval for medical clearance written by their obstetrician. The physician has to know exactly what vitamins and the doses received.
  • How often should I receive IV hydration?
    An individual should safely receive IV hydration biweekly. You should also receive an IM injection every week for a month and then biweekly.
  • Can I substitute the emergency room or my PCP visits for IV hydration?
    You should not substitute the ER for IV hydration at any time. If you feel severely sick or dehydrated you are to report to the ER and seek assistance from your PCP. Lavish Wellness LLC. medspa will not serve severely dehydrated clients or patients who present to be intoxicated.
  • Do we serve large groups?
    Yes we serve large groups of 4 or more people at a time. You can book via website or call. Lavish Wellness serves holiday parties, weddings, fitness events, corporate events, construction site calls, pop ups, and etc.
  • What conditions, medications, or health factors may prevent me from receiving IV hydration and injection services?
    Important Health Considerations: Certain medical conditions may prevent you from receiving some services at Lavish Wellness. These conditions include: • Blood disorders • Kidney disorders • Cardiac disorders Additionally, taking certain medications may also impact your eligibility for services, such as: • Blood thinners • Cardiac medications • Diabetic medications Furthermore, if you present with unstable vital signs or an unstable medical condition, services may be declined.
  • Who provides the service?
    Here at Lavish Wellness medical spa we provide services with registered nurses and phlebotomists that are trained in IV insertion, intramuscular injection, and etc.
